Ideal candidates are experts in React/Next.js, design systems, and API integrations, with a sharp eye for design, scalability, and web performance.What You’ll DoBuild and thrive in an early-stage startup environment that will maximize your career growth.Be the Lead Frontend Engineer building the future of banking.Work closely with the Product and Design teams to implement scalable and high-performance systems and frameworks.Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to integrate and implement backend systems.In the near future, build and lead a Frontend team, and soon after, build the v0 of the mobile app.Design performant, beautiful, and highly usable interfaces.What You’ll NeedMinimum of 2 years of frontend engineering experience preferred.Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Next.js.Experience with React Native and deploying apps to stores is a plus, but not required.A strong eye for design, with extreme attention to detail to build accessible, scalable applications.A proactive mindset — constantly proposing ideas, eager to learn new things, and able to take full ownership of the entire frontend area.Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutionsA desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
