With offices in the US, Korea, and Germany, we are on a path to redefine manufacturing software standards.Role OverviewWe're seeking a mid to senior-level Frontend Engineer to join our growing team building Glassdome's manufacturing data platform. You will work on a modern React-based monorepo architecture, developing micro-frontends and features for our suite of manufacturing analytics tools including OEE tracking, Product Carbon Footprint calculations, and real-time operations monitoring. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge frontend technologies while solving complex problems in the industrial IoT and sustainability space.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain React-based micro-frontend applications within our NextJS monorepo architectureBuild responsive, accessible UI components using our design system with Tailwind CSS and Radix UI on our in house StorybookImplement complex state management solutions using React Context API and Redux Toolkit for real-time manufacturing dataCollaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions for manufacturing KPIs and analytics dashboardsWrite clean, maintainable TypeScript code following our code quality standardsDevelop and maintain comprehensive unit tests using Jest, end to end tests using PlaywrightParticipate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions in our micro-frontend ecosystemWork with internationalization (i18n) to support our global customer base across multiple languagesOptimize application performance for real-time data visualization and large-scale manufacturing datasetsQualificationsA minimum of 5 years of practical experience web Frontend development. Strong proficiency in React 19+, NextJS 15+, and TypeScriptSolid experience with Tailwind CSS and modern CSS-in-JS solutions (styled-components)Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and functional programming patternsExperience with Redux or similar state management libraries (Redux Toolkit preferred)Proficiency with React Hook Form and form validation patternsFamiliarity with monorepo architectures and Yarn workspacesExperience with Git workflows, conventional commits, and CI/CD practicesStrong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)Ability to write comprehensive unit and integration testsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills for collaborating in distributed teams across time zonesFluent English communication skills for collaborating in our international teamNice to have: React Native experience for mobile development initiativesPreferred QualificationsPossession of web and mobile development certifications.Experience working in agile teams and startup environments.Experience working in SaaS or industrial software platform services.What We OfferA comfortable and flexible working environment with options for remote work.Unlimited annual leave, subject to project needs.A culture of maximum freedom and responsibility.Individual corporate cards to support daily expenses.Join Us!Join Glassdome and be part of a team that's pushing the boundaries of manufacturing software.
