Holycode is looking for a frontend software engineer familiar with HTML/CSS/JS ready to dive into software development internship in our Neon team. Neon is a young fintech start-up headquartered in Zurich. We are on the mission to disrupt the Swiss banking industry and become the number 1 bank account in Switzerland. The success speaks for itself: over 200'000 customers are already trusting our product and banking services. And all this was accomplished with a small, but very dedicated team of about 50 people - which is something that we are very proud of.
Currently, Neon is launching an internship program, with several positions open across multiple teams. Over the course of of the internship, you will:
Improve your knowledge of Javascript/Typescript programming languagesLearn about Angular/Ionic framework and mobile developmentLearn more about the process of making software, from conceptual stage to final feature/productHave hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and various other tools that are used in modern software engineeringLearn about basic architectural principles for designing resilient and scalable software solutionsWork with the members of our engineering team and closely collaborate with your mentorGet some valuable insight in various aspects of the software engineering as a careerWhat we expect from you:
Knowledge about HTML/CSS/JSThe following skills are not required, but are nice to have and will be considered an advantage: Any JS framework/library (Angular/React/Vue)Experience with mobile developmentDuration of the programThe internship will run for 3-6 months. This is a paid internship, so all participants will receive adequate compensation. You will also have the option of working from our Belgrade office. At the end of the program, we may offer you to join our team full-time, based on your performance during the internship.
