Frontend Lead (React.js)Company: itworks.asia's ClientType: Hybrid (3 days at office at Dist.2, HCMC or 1 day at office for HCMC candidates >15-20km far from the company) / Remote working applied for candidates in other citiesSalary Range: Max 60M netSHUI: Yes (basic - 8M) YoE: 5+ English: AdvancedJob overview and Responsibility:ReactJS Developer will be part of a fast growing team of developers to support a range of front end and back end projects for a medium Australian client. You will be working with a small team of senior developers and QA initially to build velocity and support as a foundation team. We work within an Agile SCRUM methodology.Domain: Real estate and property managementTeam size: > 15 (AU and India)Develop and maintain web applications using React.js.Manage state with Redux, handle async flows using Thunk/Saga, and optimize data fetching with React Query.Integrate with backend APIs and ensure responsive, optimized UI.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments via CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.Must have skills and experience:Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.Proficiency in Redux, React Query, and async handling (Thunk/Saga).Experience with CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of web performance, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.Ability to communicate well in English with foreign clients2 years of experience of leading teamPrefer if candidate has the following:– Experience working with foreign companies, in particular Australia– Experience working in a fast paced agile team– Is available to travel to Australia where required– Experience with React Native for mobile app development.About the companyBased in Melbourne, Seattle and Saigon, the company is a fast growing, small software firm that develops for clients as an agency as well as internal self owned/funded software. We value and understand the importance of our team and their happiness and career ambitions.
