Our focus is on building AI-driven, transformative digital solutions that address today’s needs while unlocking tomorrow’s opportunities.We are currently looking for a  Lead Frontend Developer to help shape and scale our fintech and e-commerce platforms.You will be responsible from leading the development of frontend features from scratch or improve existing ones based on business and product requirements, while leveraging AI tools for code generation, optimization, and automated code review processes.Tech StackWe primarily work with:TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSSBonus: React Native, Expo, Radix UI, RTK Query, Shopify Hydrogen / LiquidExperience with Shopify hydrogen/liquid, Tailwind, Redux/RTK Query is A BIG PLUSAs the Frontend Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and frontend architecture of our platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:Technical LeadershipDrive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend applications.Architect and enforce modern frontend standards, coding best practices, and reusable design systems across projects.Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency, and performance.AI-Enhanced DevelopmentUtilize AI tools for accelerating development tasks, such as code generation, refactoring suggestions, and automated test creation.Integrate AI-assisted code review platforms to maintain engineering quality and reduce manual overhead.Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and workflows (e.g., AI agents, low-code orchestration tools like n8n) to improve team velocity.Team Management & CollaborationMentor and guide a team of frontend developers, fostering technical growth and ownership.Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences.Manage task distribution, ensure delivery timelines, and actively contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.Code Ownership & DeliveryOwn the full lifecycle of frontend features—from ideation to deployment and monitoring in production.Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-platform compatible interfaces for both web and mobile.Continuously optimize applications for performance and scalability.Culture & Process ImprovementChampion a culture of innovation, feedback, and continuous improvement.Advocate for user-centric design thinking and DevOps practices within the frontend team.
