Job Description

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to step into a pivotal leadership role? Our client is seeking senior RN to provide after-hours clinical leadership across two private hospitals. This role is not suitable for CAPs or new graduates. About The RoleAs the Clinical Nurse Advisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing nursing operations outside of regular hours. You'll provide expert clinical support, guide nursing staff through acute care escalation, and ensure safe, coordinated care delivery during evenings, nights, and weekends. This is a permanent role working 32-36 hours per week. Roster:

Shifts include 8 hour afternoons or 10 hour night shifts on weekdays, and 12 hour days and nights on weekends.
