Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire your team through regular team meetings and shared learningSupport the efficient daily operation of the clinicManage client feedback and resolve any complaints to maintain exceptional service standardsIdentify and support professional development opportunities for both your team and yourselfDeliver advanced, hands-on physiotherapy services, including MSK, rehabilitation, pain management, and independence training, in both community and clinic settingsMaintain detailed clinical records to support and document each client's rehabilitation journeyWhat's On OfferMonday to Friday working hours - no weekends!A competitive benefits package including:
