Recruitment Sourcer - (Part-time, Remote)

FrontStory is a fast-growing digital media publisher. We specialize in software product development and advertising solutions, combining data-driven insights with years of expertise to create viral content and help website owners monetize their traffic. As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential candidates and will be an integral part of building our teams. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying, engaging, and activating passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, Facebook, professional forums, and networking groups. Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in a timely and efficient manner.

Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand role requirements. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews. Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies. Tracking and analyzing sourcing data to continuously improve efficiency. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and goals. Maintaining an active presence in professional communities and across social media platforms. Requirements: At least 2 years of sourcing experience, either in-house or at an agency (combination is an advantage). Strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, etc. ). Proven experience in identifying high-quality candidates for technical and/or strategic roles.

Experience conducting phone interviews and initial candidate screenings. Creative thinker with the ability to proactively source passive candidates. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks. Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to improve processes. Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal. Positive, proactive, and resilient with high attention to detail and self-organization.
