Create and manage end-to-end inbound tour packages (cultural, adventure, luxury, eco-tourism, etc. ). Vendor Partnerships: Negotiate with hotels, transport providers, and local guides to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Client-Centric Approach: Tailor programs to diverse client needs (FITs, groups, corporates) while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Market Research: Stay ahead of travel trends, competitor offerings, and destination regulations. Performance Metrics: Monitor program profitability, customer feedback, and repeat booking rates. Ideal ProfileIdeal Candidate5+ years in inbound tourism, DMC, or travel operations. Strong network of local/regional vendors and tourism boards. Expertise in itinerary-building tools (e. g. , TourCMS, Rezdy) and CRM systems. Analytical mindset with a flair for creative storytelling. Fluency in English (additional languages a plus) in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
