Summary: Assists FSQ Management in the maintenance of overall productquality and safety. Assists in the effective completion of tasks andDocumentation Of FSQ Responsibilities. Essential Duties AndResponsibilities Receives leadership and daily direction from shift FSQSr. Technician & Supervisor. Routinely observes production activities toassure consistency and conformance to standards, as well as providingimprovement suggestions. Assists in the effective completion anddocumentation of daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled tasks as required.Notifies FSQ Sr. Tech or Tech Level 3 when non-conformances are noted,assists with scheduling product evaluations, and assuring properdocumentation. Assists Quality Management with verification andvalidation by collecting the required data. Perform required finishedproduct testing and the effective completion of documentation and dataentry. Maintain the condition of the FSQ supplies required for dailyoperation. Organize finished product retains Conduct Food SafetyInspections in the production environment (i.e. inter-batch cleaning)Conducting Daily, Weekly and Monthly tasks Execute visual chemistrytests on raw materials, water sources, in-process samples, environmentalsamples and finished products May be responsible for performing QPE andPackout auditing for batch adherence and label and code quality.Tracking, verification and data entry of raw material specification andCOAs. Informs the team of raw material issues Operate, maintain andcalibrate laboratory instruments as required Ensure compliance ofincoming labels and packaging May complete FSQ related productionrecords to assure conformance to requirements. Inspect finished productfor food safety hazards including foreign material. Filing QAdocumentation as requested. Other duties with similar skill, workconditions, and responsibilities as assigned. Education and/orExperience High School Diploma Preferred. Food Handling Experiencepreferred Manufacturing experience preferred Customer service experiencewelcomed
