FTTH Design Engineer

ResponsibilitiesWork for FTTX project, as a technical leader to support project manager, control the project cost, schedule and quality.Understand the Statement of work (SOW) of contract and customer requirement, output or be involved to output FTTX project delivery plan and technical solution, control and monitor project implementation. Be responsible for FTTX project acceptance.As a leader of FTTX team, in charge of management and communication of related customer, team member and subcontractor, enhance customer satisfaction and promote the market consolidation and development.QualificationsBachelor degree in network, computer sciences or above with telecom technical background or related field of study.At least 2 years above relevant work experience about FTTx/OSP project delivery, be familiar with Optical Distribution Network engineering design standards and specifications, relevant products and elements knowledge, and various planning & design tools.Has experience of telecommunication project delivery. Be familiar with the project management method. Be familiar with large-scale, integrated communication construction project procedures and quality management method, etc.With common knowledge of relevant laws, business, finance, and bidding project experience.
