ResponsibilitiesTo complete customer’s instruction and/or request within an agreed timeframe and strictly in adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal procedure (e. g. , SOPs)Perform market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysisCoordinate with respective parties to resolve customer’s feedback / dissatisfactionConduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality and usability of our digital banking product and platformsCollaborate with teams members to support various projects and initiativesCarry out special assignments as assigned by team head and provide administrative support as neededRequirementsHKCEE / HKDSE or above.
