ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing various digital banking products / services and optimizing customer experience continuouslyAssist in coordination of the logistics for new services / products rollout including the preparation of relevant materials for customer communication and staff trainingAssist in conducting market survey, preparing user requirements for new digital product and services as well as participating in various projectsParticipate in User Acceptance Test and provide analytical evaluations on the performance of new product developmentCarry out special assignments as assigned by team headRequirementsUniversity graduate or above is preferredAt least 1 year’ experience in digital banking / digital related areaStrong understanding on the technical aspects of digital banking services and compilation of promotional materialsDetailed minded and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environmentCustomer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skillsA strong team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to collaborate among various parties.
