Job DescriptionKey Performance OutputsResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Specialist Technical Solutions and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Develop and manage ACSA operations audit framework, standards and procedures, standards and/or specifications for audits (JIG, Operations, Maintenance AuditStructure audit reportsPlan site specific audit process covering JIG, Operations and Maintenance audits in line with operator agreementsGenerate easy to understand reportsPerform quality inspection on maintenance work done by fuel operators and their contractors and implement/propose remedial action where necessaryAdhere to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOP's, operational standards, policies and practices.Ensure compliance to JIG and other relevant standards and regulations at ACSA’s fuel farmsIdentify and apply viable technology and strategies to improve equipment efficiencies and lifestyle costing.Lead continuous improvement to various infrastructure in the department to increase compliance to JIG and other related standardsKeep current with latest equipment, technologies and maintenance methods to ensure best practice in aviation operations.Review and support Business Development with the quality of online content (blogs, webinars, e- books, research reports, papers etc.Interface with Integration Specialist and Technical Solution Specialists to manage quality standards of deliverables.Technical Skills And ExperienceThe following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:Bachelor's Degree – Engineering Disciplines/Operations Management - EssentialBachelor Honors Degree – Engineering Disciplines/Operations Management - AdvantageousJoint Inspection Group Inspector accredited - Advantageous5 Years Operational Experience – Aviation fueling operations, maintenance fixed, mobile plant and Audit protocols for aviation into plane operations - EssentialCompetenciesMS Office and all social media platforms – EssentialAnalytical ThinkingAttention to detailExcellent communication skillsRelationship building Project Management etc.Application and EnquiriesKindly apply online for this opportunity following the Oracle link belowCareer Portal (sharepoint.com)Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide proof of their qualifications, NQF level and credits and must be eligible for Top Security Clearance within 3 months of appointment.Positions will be filled in line with Airports Company South Africa values and Employment Equity Policy and Plan.Should you not hear from Airports Company South Africa within 30 days, please consider your application unsuccessful
