Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Head of Operations to contribute to the future growth of Fujifilm Unigraphica. You will lead a team of experts in digital print and transport system solutions.

You are responsible for technical projects from the engineering to the field service, and over design, planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and training. Responsibilities include: lead/coach the technical staff (responsible for Quality Management and SQS certificationsteer the decision making process of the operative business and set the corresponding goalsplan and supervise the daily operative business, enable smooth operational flow continuous analysis, optimization, elaboration of internal business processes (Quality, costs, productivity, efficiency, etc.

)manage the purchasing processes and coordinate the planning of material and ressourcesco-responsible for the planning, monitoring, and achievement of company’s aimssupervise customer claims, initiate corrective actions for increasing customer satisfactionreview company’s financial data in order to adjust the operative budget and improve profitability network collaboration with partners/suppliers support HR (recruiting, on boarding, job descriptions, etc.
