My MissionSourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent (BA,FA,PM ) primarily for positions based in Luxembourg. Utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates. Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. My SkillsProven experience of 3 year minimum as an IT and non-IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in an international setting. In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets. Strong sourcing and networking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Fluency in English (C1) and French (Native). Willingness to travel occasionally for networking events or candidate meetings.
