The Project Manager's prime responsibility is to ensure that a project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost. Note that this position is Remote, but our candidates must be based in Portugal. We will not move forward with applicants based outside of Portugal.

Planning & ControlLeading application migration projects from planning to Project closureWorking primarily within all fields of project management within the IT Sector (but not exclusively)Ownership of project/ migration plansEnsuring that forecasted trackable milestones are achieved and full adherence to change management processes Full compliance with Quality Management controls and processes as applicableFull adherence with Risk Management process and controls, including fall back plans and containment actionsTeam LeadershipEffective and confident leadership of multicultural fully remote Project TeamCommunicating the latest project status to all stakeholdersEnsuring that the team is fully and appropriately resourced to deliver, with periods of leave arranged and adequately coveredEnsure the project team is aware of the current priorities and expected work deadlines.

They are motivated and focused to deliverAddress team blockers and issuesContribute to the wider PM team within Fujitsu and customers ensuring any open related topics are effectively managed and addressedContribute lessons learned / suggest and implement improvements for Project Management methodology. Full management of PM responsibilities e. g. Risk management, communication management, stakeholder management, etc. Required skills: Fluency in EnglishFluency in at least one of the Key languages: French, German, Swedish or DutchAt least 1 year of experience in Project ManagementAt least one certification:

Prince2, CAPM, PMP (or similar)Autonomy – able to work independently as an individual contributorOrganization skills – able to organis4e and simplify complex environmentsCommunication skills – able to work and engage all sort of stakeholdersAt Fujitsu, you will enjoy:
