Job Title: Fulfillment AgentWe’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing order processing, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth delivery operations. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily fulfillment operations including order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics.Develop and refine workflows to boost efficiency.Monitor KPIs related to fulfillment and identify areas for improvement.Work cross-functionally with customer service and operations teams.Support onboarding and training of new fulfillment staff.Generate reports and analyze performance data.Troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment issues quickly.Stay updated on fulfillment trends and best practices. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.0–2 years of relevant experience.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent time management and communication skills.Able to work independently and collaboratively.High attention to detail and accuracy.
