You'll play a critical role in managing pipelines, screening candidates, and maintaining strong client relationships — all while ensuring that our talent matches the high expectations we set. Your contributions will directly impact the success of both our clients and the candidates we place, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.Your ImpactYour Core Impact Lies InDriving successful placements by aligning top talent with client needs and refining recruitment processesAccelerating hiring timelines by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in collaboration with clients and the recruitment teamProactively addressing challenges by implementing strategies that streamline workflows and improve efficiencyReducing churn by maintaining strong relationships and quickly resolving client or candidate concernsEnhancing outcomes through data-driven insights, feedback loops, and process improvements to maximize successful placementsAreas Of ResponsibilityRecruitment Process Management Build and refine job descriptions (JDs) based on client Statements of Work (SoWs). Attend client success calls to align recruitment efforts with client expectations. Pipeline & Candidate Management Monitor and manage recruitment pipelines for assigned roles, addressing dry spells by shifting sourcing strategies with our Top of Funnel team. Directly source candidates for roles if pipelines are underperforming. Post high-priority roles on relevant job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed). Candidate Screening & Profiling Conduct prescreening of candidates through voice notes and topgrading techniques. Administer client-specific assessments to confirm role alignment. Create and manage candidate profiles in Notion and Hubspot, ensuring clear, accurate, and polished content. Endorse candidate profiles for Matching Lead approval through Workable. Client Communication & Relationship Management Ensure timely client updates within 24 hours of new information or progress. Collaborate with marketing to create public materials for job roles. Respond promptly to candidate inquiries to maintain engagement throughout the process. Quality Assurance & Process Optimization Review candidate profiles for accuracy and quality before endorsement. Proactively monitor and resolve any issues related to candidate or client satisfaction. Identify inefficiencies in recruitment workflows and implement best practices to enhance team performance.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Experience in recruiting for healthcare/health tech, corporate, and niche, or LatAm roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with candidate screening, topgrading techniques, and client relationship management. Strong proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment pipelines. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Nice-to-havesA proactive, creative problem-solving mindset with a focus on extreme ownership.
