Formally, you’ll be part of the Music Experience team — which has strong AI and machine learning expertise — but your day-to-day work will take place together with other parts of the organization as well.The focus of the role is AI enablement: helping our customer-facing teams (for example Sales and Customer Success) integrate LLMs and other AI tools into their daily work.You’ll act as an internal consultant — collaborating closely with different teams to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and build smart, useful AI-solutions.The position is based in Stockholm and offers a unique mix of technical hands-on work and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain integrations between AI services and tools such as Hubspot, Zendesk and Slack.Design and implement APIs and backend components that connect AI systems with internal tools.Work closely with non-technical users to understand their workflows and pain points.Test, iterate and refine solutions to ensure real impact and usability.Share knowledge and contribute to Soundtrack’s overall AI enablement strategy.About YouJust like us, you love music.
