Full Stack Developer – Digital Engineering Applications-Five-Month Project, Possible Extension

We develop innovative and durable technical solutions that fulfill the needs of our local and international partners.About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our international team working on innovative digital applications and services that empower engineering teams and managers to make data-driven decisions.Our solutions integrate data from multiple domains — such as engineering, project management, finance, quality, and HR — to generate actionable insights and improve operational efficiency.This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to end-to-end application development, from design and implementation to production deployment, while also helping shape technical standards and best practices across an international, collaborative environment.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Full Stack Developer, you will:Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of our digital solutions.Take part in the development of the Workforce Planning (STAFR) platform and other key initiatives.Apply and promote best practices in development, code quality, security, and performance monitoring.Contribute to defining and improving technical architecture and solution design.Ensure alignment of development activities with the technical repository and documentation (architecture plans, guidelines, etc.).Collaborate closely within an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprint ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, etc.).Continuously seek opportunities to enhance development efficiency and product quality.Technical RequirementsFrontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSSBackend: Java (Spring Boot), NodeJSDatabase: PostgreSQLArchitecture: Microservices & REST APIsDevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CDBonus: Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principlesExperience working in Agile / Scrum teams
