The role involves working in an agile, collaborative environment with a team of talented professionals, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering high-quality software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and test large-scale, custom distributed software systems using modern technologies such as Node.js, Kafka, and NoSQLApply agile development practices including automated testing, deployment automation, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) to enhance execution speed and product qualityAct as an internal consultant and subject matter expert for resolving complex technical issues. Research emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business strategiesAdvocate for best practices in software engineering and share technical expertise with team membersCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycleParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies, providing technical insight, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards of code qualityTypical DayYou will work as a key member of an Agile development team, engaging with other Scrum teams, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts. The role requires a proactive, analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building high-quality software products.Experience RequirementsExperienced Level: 2–6 years as a Full Stack Developer (Waterfall or Agile methodologies). Basic understanding of development processes such as testing, code quality, and designSenior Level: 6+ years as a Full Stack Developer, with solid understanding of development processes (testing, code quality, design). Experience as a technical lead and in supporting production systems. Prior experience in finance, banking, or insurance industries is an advantageExperience in the Finance, Banking, or Insurance sectors is highly desirable.
