The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building applications using JavaScript/React on the frontend and Python/Golang on the backend. The role involves contributing to modern distributed systems, microservices, and DevSecOps-driven development practices within an agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain frontend components using React and modern JavaScript practices. Build and enhance backend services and APIs using Python and Golang. Contribute to the development of distributed systems and event-driven architectures. Implement and support container-based microservices using Docker and related tools. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design, query, and optimize data structures. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional team members in an agile development environment. Follow engineering best practices, security standards, and CI/CD processes.QualificationsRequired Skills & QualificationsPractical experience as a Full Stack or Backend/Frontend Developer in software product teams.Strong hands-on knowledge of JavaScript/React and Python/Golang in real-world projects.Understanding of distributed system concepts, microservices, and event-driven design.Experience with Docker, containerized development, and working with distributed logs.Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.Experience working in agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork capabilities. Preferred Qualifications3–6 years of software development experience. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
