We are in Romania since 1994 and currently counting 1700 colleagues.Responsibilities Develop new application modules end-to-end (front & back) Support business teams in their digital transformation and translate needs into technical solutions Analyse issues, react quickly and propose pragmatic, maintainable improvements Maintain and enhance the existing system with a focus on quality, performance and security Technical Skills Essential skills Backend: Java, Spring Boot APIs: REST / JSON Frontend: React Database: SQL Comfortable working in modern development practices (code review, CI/CD, testing culture) Practical knowledge of Kubernetes within a DevOps environment is a plus Soft Skills Mindset: curious, autonomous, problem-solver, proactive Team player: comfortable working in Agile teams and interacting with business stakeholders Strong communication and willingness to collaborate in a cross-functional environment Fluency in French What Do I Need Before I ApplyB2B only (SRL) The job requires legal authorization to work in the country where the job is posted (Romania).
