Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level)

The Role:As the Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level) at The Makeover Guys, you will be working with our tech team, product team, and internal operating teams to optimize the experience of our digital platforms. You will develop visually appealing front end website architecture and translate designer’s mockups and wireframes into front-end code. Your work will directly impact customer retention. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!What You’ll Do:You will work closely with a team to design and iterate on our design, UX direction, prototype for all customer-facing and internal productsDevelop and ensure responsive applications and websitesDevelop and ensure cross-platform optimization for all major devicesDevelop and design RESTful services and APIsDevelop sites that are SEO friendlyWho You Are: 3 - 5 years of working experienceMust be familiar with Codeigniter and LaravelStrong knowledge of PHP and MySQLFamiliarity with CSS3 (Foundation or Bootstrap), JavaScript (ESMA 6+), and HTML5 with an understanding of CSS preprocessors including Sass.Working understanding of Jquery, AngularJS, React and VueJSExperience working with server technologies such as Apache, AWS and Alibaba CloudFamiliarity in database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versionsGood proficiency in GitWorking Arrangement: Hybrid. Work closely with our Technology Architect, Senior Full Stack Developer, Digital Product Manager, Senior UI/UX Designer.
