Falaq Food is looking for Full Stack Developer (Project Manager)Job Description / ResponsibilityKey Responsibilities:Technical (Development) Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks (the server, database, and logic behind the scenes).Create the architecture (structure) of software systems — defining how components communicate, what technologies to use, and how data flows.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.Integrate third-party APIs and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar).Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team.Project Management & Leadership Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers.Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project phases from initiation to completion.Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Business, etc.) to align project goals.Maintain project documentation and regularly report progress to senior management.Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure the team follows best practices in Agile/Scrum methodology.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer ScienceMaster of Science (MSc) in Computer ScienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.Experience Requirements5 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company,IT Enabled Service,E-commerceAdditional Requirements5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.2+ years of experience leading a development team or managing projects.2+ years of experience leading a development team or managing projects.Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Proficiency in:Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue.jsBack-end: Node.js / Express / Django / LaravelDatabase: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDBVersion Control: Git / GitHub / GitLabCloud & Deployment: AWS, Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelinesJob LocationDhaka (Mohammadpur)
