Full-Stack Engineer, AI Financial Agent Location: Remote - NYC preference - will accept Remote USA to work EST hours - Will accept LATAM region to work EST hours and also Tel Aviv.compensation: $160K - $200KWe are a technology company that provides the first automated, on-chain economic security system for crypto protocols, helping them optimize risk management and capital efficiency while safeguarding user funds. Our platform secures billions of dollars in assets for leading protocols by analysing protocol mechanics and scenario implications using world-class custom EVM simulations. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI team and develop our cutting-edge financial AI agent.As a Full-Stack Engineer reporting directly to the Head of Product & AI, you will play a critical role in working closely with the CEO and the AI team to design and build the full-stack systems that power our financial AI agent.Responsibilities:Design and build end-to-end full-stack systems for our AI financial agentDevelop scalable APIs and backend services to support agent workflowsBuild high-performance, user-facing interfaces to visualize agent reasoning and surface insights, and enable real-time interactionCollaborate with AI researchers to integrate and productionize agent logicConnect and manage data pipelines from financial sourcesImplement testing, monitoring, and performance best practicesStay up to date with LLM frameworks, full-stack tools, and financial trendsRequirementsEssential Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of full-stack development experienceBackend Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.jsFrontend Proficiency: Strong proficiency in ReactSystem Knowledge: Proven experience building scalable APIs and web applicationsData Skills: Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databasesAI Experience: Hands-on experience with LLMs and frameworks like LangChain or similarAdvanced AI Concepts: Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and async programmingDomain Expertise: Experience with financial data and APIsWork Style: Comfortable working in fast-paced, self-directed environmentsLocation: Ability to work from our Brooklyn Office 5 days a week (mandatory for NYC-based candidates)Preferred Qualifications:Experience building LLM-based agents in production environmentsFamiliarity with prompt engineering, tool use orchestration (MCP), and AI agent designExperience with embedding pipelines, semantic search, and RAG architecturesProficiency with profiling tools and performance optimizationFamiliarity with smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and DeFi systems is a strong plusBenefitsCompensation: Competitive PTO (21 days) plus 7 sick days and 8 observed US-company holidaysHealthcare: 100% employer-paid health benefit options (Medical, dental & vision insurance) for you and your dependentsFinancial Wellness: FSA or HSA (pending on selected health insurance) and Pre-tax Commuter BenefitsSupport: Thoughtful Parental Leave Policy and corporate wellness programs (OneMedical, Teladoc, Talkspace, EAP)Growth: Career growth opportunities at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an emerging field with personalized professional developmentDue to the high volume of applications we anticipate, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates.
