Full Stack Engineer

A global semiconductor giant based in Cork are seeking to bolster their team with a Lead Full Stack Developer. Please note this is a contract opportunity ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a small team of 3–4 developers, ensuring high-quality code and efficient project delivery.Design and implement interactive dashboards, reports, and web applications that serve both technical and executive stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive strategic technical initiatives.Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance APIs to support system integration and data interoperability.Create frameworks and tools to analyse large datasets, providing actionable insights that enhance equipment utilisation and operational decision-making.Requirements5+ years of professional experience in Python development and modern web application development using React and TypeScript.Proficiency with core technologies including Python, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern UI component frameworks.Experience with supporting technologies such as FastAPI, Docker, Git, SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and Linux environments.Strong understanding of modern build and testing tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Jest, Vitest, ESLint) and data visualisation tools like Power BI.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with 8+ years of total software engineering experience.If this role is of interest please apply directly on LinkedIn or send a copy of your CV to alex@eu-recruit.com.By applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
