Software Development ReactJS Node.js Full Stack- Salary: Negotiable- Address: Lakeview 1, 19 To Huu Street, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City- Background: Product company▪︎ Job Overview And Responsibility- Design, develop, and maintain a real-time chat platform integrated into our fintech ecosystem.- Experienced in building backend services that can scaled using Node.js (WebSockets, REST APIs, GraphQL).- Develop modern, responsive frontend interfaces with React.js.- Ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards are met (especially for financial data).- Experience chat/messaging system is a plus (Group chats, message history, file sharing, push notifications, and user presence.- Develop with DevOps Culture in mind, understanding and maintaining solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, API Gateway, CloudFront, etc.).- Optimize for high availability, low latency, and scalability to support thousands of concurrent users.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver a seamless experience.▪︎ Required Skills and Experience- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Node.js + React.js).- Strong experience with real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.io, WebRTC, or similar).- Use message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, or similar) to handle real-time messaging, scaling, and event-driven architecture.- Solid knowledge of AWS cloud architecture (serverless, microservices, CI/CD pipelines).- Have experience with in-app notification system (firebase, aws pinpoint, custom, ...)- Familiarity with databases both SQL and NoSQL.- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and encryption in realtime apps.- Experience in building secure, high-performance systems for fintech, banking, or similar regulated environments is a plus.- Good understanding of Agile development, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.▪︎ Why Candidate should apply this position- 13th month salary- 14 Days Paid Annual Leave- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Performance review: twice a year- 100% monthly basic salary and mandatory social insurances after 2-month probation- Company sponsorship for personal laptop $1,400 or BYOD (bring your own device) option with bonus $1,400- Premium Health Insurance (after probation period) & annual health check-up- Allowances such as: Premium AI tool, Coffee, Snacks, Motorbike parking.- Happy hour, Team bonding, Company trip- Gifts on holidays, parking, wedding & newborn baby allowance- Collaborative and innovative culture.- Hybrid working environment▪︎ Preferred skills and experiences- Experience with chatbot/AI assistant integration.- Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker for containerized deployment.- Familiarity with finance systems, KYC, and fintech APIs.- Has worked in a Startup environment, Banking or Fintech▪︎ Report toHead of Engineering▪︎ Interview process1.
