Job Opportunity: Full-Stack Engineer (Java & React)Location: Cracow, hybrid (6 office days per month)Contract: B2BEnglish: B2+Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (Java & React) to join an international engineering environment and take technical ownership of an internal service that acts as a central catalog of engineering platforms and their automation capabilities.The role combines backend and frontend development with a small analytical component - supporting teams in improving process automation across internal and cloud environments. You’ll collaborate closely with platform and process teams to evolve a business-critical internal application used globally.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain backend components in Java (8–21), ensuring reliability and scalability.Design and extend REST APIs to integrate with internal systems.Work with PostgreSQL (queries, schema design, migrations).Build and enhance the frontend in React, including data views and management dashboards.Collaborate closely with engineering and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Contribute to Agile ceremonies, documentation, and continuous improvement of development workflows.Ensure data accuracy and service stability through proactive maintenance and testing.Requirements:Solid hands-on experience with Java (8-21).Strong knowledge of SQL and practical experience with PostgreSQL.Proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Ability to work across the full stack (frontend, backend, and database)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong communication skills in English (B2+).Nice to haveBasic knowledge of Linux for everyday development tasks.Understanding of internal developer platforms and hosting environments (on-prem and cloud).Familiarity with process automation or compliance-related systems.What we offer:B2B contract.Private medical care, life insurance, and access to Multisport card.Stable, long-term projects with full-time employment.If you’re passionate about building reliable internal services that make complex engineering environments run smoother - let’s talk!
