Our first product combines AI agents, immersive technology, adaptive learning, and deep analytics to let any business easily create and deploy advanced training experiences that simulate real-world scenarios using company-specific context, documentation, and KPIs.About the RoleThis is a high-impact, foundational role in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. As one of our first engineers, you are not just building features, you are the architect of our entire user experience. Your mission is to transform our complex AI capabilities into an intuitive, engaging platform that our customers see and interact with every day. You will:Design, build, and own our core user-facing application, including its real-time simulation interface for video, audio, and chat.Collaborate with AI engineers to seamlessly integrate backend systems into a fluid and magical user experience.Shape the product's feel with a focus on engaging design, gamification, and interactive data visualization.Own the full feature lifecycle, shipping and optimizing in rapid, daily cycles.Requirements2+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, preferably in a startup.Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building systems in the cloud are strongly preferred.Proficient with modern frontend technologies (React/Next.js) and real-time frameworks.Hands-on experience building interactive user applications is a major plus.Strong product design and user experience mindset, with a keen interest in applying gamification principles to create engaging learning systems.Experience or strong curiosity in building adaptive learning systems and agentic AI architectures.Cultural FitYou will be successful and grow extremely fast (position, ownership, compensation, etc.) if (and only if) you display the following characteristics:Move fast, delivering meaningful results daily, not monthly or quarterly.Intellectually curious, humble, and constantly seeking to learn and improve.Driven, ambitious, energetic, and stay optimistic and resilient through setbacks.Self-motivated, independent, take initiative, and thrive in risk and ambiguity.Communicate clearly and directly, embrace feedback without defensiveness, and lean into hard conversations.Have a growth mindset and find problems without being told about them.Act with integrity, follow through, and earn trust through honesty and consistency.
