Full Stack Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and data pipelines to support business analytics and operational needsBuild and optimize both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (server, database) components to ensure high performance and responsivenessImplement security and data protection measures in all applications, ensuring data privacy and compliance with relevant standardsCollaborate with Data Analysts to create seamless data integration solutions that connect various systems and databasesDesign and manage databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and integration with other applicationsConduct thorough code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality, bug-free applicationsImplement and maintain automated testing frameworks for efficient and reliable software releasesMonitor applications in production, troubleshooting issues as they arise and ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtimeMaintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all developed applications, integrations, and databasesEnsure compliance with all regulatory, security, and operational standards, keeping applications aligned with internal policies and industry best practicesWork closely with the Data Analyst, IT, business unit team to understand data requirements, define data architecture, and support analytical applicationsStay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and development best practices, applying new tools and methodologies to improve application performanceIdentify opportunities for process and system improvements to support greater efficiency and scalability within the business analytics and systems functionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in related fieldProficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java)Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and familiarity with data warehousingExperience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a strong ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issuesStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsLocation: Centennial Tower, South Jakarta BenefitsMedical InsuranceMedical Check Up
