Full Stack Engineer

At Tick & Talk, we’re on a mission to transform how people learn. Through our AI-powered platform Speekr.ai, we deliver hyper-realistic roleplay and coaching. Our goal is to help individuals and teams master communication, whether for sales, presentations, customer support, or leadership, with tailored, AI-driven training.We're looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to join our product team. You'll work across our entire stack, building features that impact thousands of users, integrating AI capabilities, and helping scale our platform.What You'll DoBuild and maintain features across our Next.js frontend and NestJS backend.Work with our Python/FastAPI AI service for ML integrations.Design and implement REST APIs and database schemas (PostgreSQL).Collaborate with product and design to ship user-facing features.Write clean, tested, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.What We're Looking ForMust Have2-4 years of professional software development experience.Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.Experience with React/Next.js (frontend).Experience with Node.js (NestJS, Express, or similar).Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).Good understanding of REST API design.Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows.Nice to HaveExperience with Python (FastAPI/Django).Familiarity with AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS).Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message queues.Exposure to AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
