We're Hiring: Full Stack LeadQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack DeveloperAt least 1 years of experience leading a development team or technical projectsStrong proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g., React, NextJS) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP/Laravel, NestJS)Solid understanding of application architecture, API integration, database management, and cloud deploymentHands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and industry best practices for software developmentGood knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and scalabilityAbility to perform code reviews, provide technical direction, and make informed technical decisionsStrong communication, coordination, and time-management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced and results-oriented environmentKey ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the full stack development team throughout the entire development cycleDesign, review, and oversee the application’s technical architectureManage priorities, timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverablesCollaborate closely with Product, Business, and Operations teams to align technical solutions with business needsMonitor application performance, security, and long-term sustainabilityRecommend technologies, improve standards, and contribute to the technical roadmap
