Full-Stack Mobile Developer

We are seeking a Full-Stack Mobile Developer who can design and develop seamless mobile applications backed by scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and product leads to create intuitive, feature-rich mobile platforms that define Weel’s next generation of digital products. This role is ideal for developers who blend creativity with precision, and who care deeply about both the front-end experience and the back-end infrastructure that powers it.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy full-stack mobile applications.Work closely with UI/UX teams to implement clean, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces.Build and maintain scalable APIs and server-side systems.Integrate cloud services and ensure top-tier performance and security.Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team culture.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (graduates from NUST, COMSATS, ITU, FAST, or UET are preferred).4+ years of professional experience in full-stack or mobile app development.Strong command of Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.Experience with Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or Go for back-end systems.Knowledge of GraphQL, Firebase, or AWS/Azure cloud environments.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).A strong sense of design, performance optimization, and user empathy.What We ValueAt Weel, we look for individuals who are:Passionate about solving real-world problems through technology.Eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.Obsessed with clean code, great UX, and scalability.Constant learners who stay ahead of emerging frameworks and trends.Why Join WeelYou’ll be part of an agile, innovation-driven culture that values creativity, ownership, and continuous learning.
