ROLE PURPOSEDevelopment, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions for a web flexible benefits platform, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and optimal service functionality.2. RESPONSIBILITIESSoftware DevelopmentDevelop and write source code for the flexible benefits platform functionalities.Implement new features and improvements to the existing system.Perform bug fixes and performance optimizations.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.Comply with coding standards and established best practices.Testing and Quality AssuranceWrite and execute unit tests for developed code.Conduct functional testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.Document and resolve identified bugs.Participate in cross-team testing sessions.Collaboration and CommunicationTake part in daily stand-up meetings.Collaborate with analysts to clarify requirements.Participate in sprint planning and task estimation.DocumentationMaintain up-to-date technical documentation.Document code and implemented changes.Contribute to API documentation and other required technical materials.You're a Match:JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation:University degree in IT or a related field.Proven experience in web application development.Experience: Minimum 4 years.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.Experience with modern programming languages e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript; Python - is an advantage.Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with version control systems (Git).Experience working with Agile methodologies.Behavioral Competencies:Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong organizational and task prioritization abilities.Attention to detail and quality orientation.Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.To get this challenge:Video call Discussion with TA Partner.Video call Discussion with HRBP & Hiring Manager.Inperson Discussion with HRBP & Hiring Manager.
