Full Stack Team Lead

Bringg is building one of the most complex online platforms in global e-commerce - a mission-critical system that processes millions of transactions annually for some of the world’s biggest brands.Our platform combines advanced algorithms, AI-driven decision-making, and distributed architectures across a broad spectrum of modern technologies.We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Leader to lead a cross-functional R&D team of backend (Node.js), frontend (React), and automation engineers.This is a key role in shaping Bringg’s high-scale, real-time platform and solving complex technical and business challenges.What You’ll Do:Lead, mentor, and grow a talented engineering team (Node.js, React, Automation).Be a technical authority - guide architecture and design, review code, and stay hands-on enough to mentor your team and set high engineering standards.Drive a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.Partner closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders across Israel, Ukraine, the UK, and the US.Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that push our platform to new levels of performance.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience leading engineering teams (cross-functional or fullstack).Strong background in Node.js and TypeScript.Experience with React or a strong interest in frontend development.Solid understanding of distributed systems and modern databases (PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis).Our Tech StackNode.js • TypeScript • React • Go • ElasticSearch • Redis • RabbitMQ • Kafka • PostgreSQL • KubernetesBenefits:Hybrid work from our office at Azrieli Towers in TLVPrivate Medical InsuranceExpanded PTO packageTraining & Development programsMonthly wellness allowanceGlobal long weekendsFood, communication & home office allowance
