While our social suite enables marketers to manage, scale, and measure social media programs, our Marketing Intelligence solution empowers content and brand teams to build competitive strategies based on market insights.Trusted by global brands in over 50 countries and fully integrated with the modern marketing tech stack, we’re a dedicated team focused on helping our customers succeed.What you'll doManage all aspects of software development - from planning new features, designing software solutions, testing, and quality management to release and maintenanceContribute and participate in technical discussions and architectural decisionsControl project execution, including estimations, quality control, and timely deliveryLead, grow, mentor, and manage a team of talented software engineersWork in close collaboration with Product, Design, and other Development teamsWhat we're looking forAt least 2 years of experience in managing a development teamExcellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departmentsAbility to deep dive and understand technical features, complex design, and architectureExperience developing web applications and projects from scratch and at scale5 years of experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to Java, C#, C++, PHP, or PythonExperience with MySQL or any other relational databaseExperience with OOP, design patterns, and architectural patternsKnowledge of Git, Unix/LinuxFluent EnglishA plus if you haveExperience working on complex SaaS applicationsExperience with Big Data systems, Event-Driven ArchitectureExperience with NoSQL and in-memory databases (MongoDB, CouchDB, Redis, etc.)Experience with analytical databases and processing large scales of data (ClickHouse, Apache Druid, or others)Experience with front-end technologies including Javascript, CSS, HTML, and any modern JS framework (Vue.js, React, Angular)Experience with AWSLife as an OktoposterAt Oktopost, we’re a curious, collaborative, and driven bunch who believe in doing great work, and having fun while we’re at it.
