We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.Location: Petah Tikva.Hybrid Full-timeFull Stack Team LeaderRole SummaryWe’re looking for a Full Stack Team Leader who is a tech enthusiast with a drive for excellence and an out-of-the-box mindset to deliver business solutions in a complex payment environment.What You’ll DoLead an autonomous team of software engineers working closely with Product Management to achieve business goals.Collaborate with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams.Provide technical authority through hands-on leadership and mentorship.Drive the overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and deployment of your team’s solutions.Focus on developing and growing your team members.Ensure engineering best practices (code reviews, testing coverage, agile methodologies).Who You Are5+ years of experience in full stack development, with proven success in large-scale projects.Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for front-end development.Strong experience with C#, SQL, and building RESTful APIs.5+ years of managerial experience, leading development of customer-facing products – a must!Broad knowledge of OOP, design patterns, web architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.Experienced in Microservices and cloud-based/hybrid environments.Passionate about managing and growing people.Ambitious and eager to learn new technologies.What Could Set You ApartExperience with messaging queues/streams such as RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka.Familiarity with Redis or similar caching technologies.Experience with ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).Background in building SaaS platforms.B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.The Payoneer Ways of WorkingAct as our customer’s partner on the insideLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further.Do it.
