Full Stack Web Developer

The candidate should have a good subset of the skills we work with on a daily basis, with a focus more on knowing how software development really works on the web and a passion for learning new development tools.What you'll do  In this role, you’ll be using web technologies to build interfaces for complex and cutting-edge unmanned assets and systems. You will work with a small team developing web-based solutions to foster collaboration and communication in a highly secure environment. You will develop new features, implement fixes, and participate in code review and testing for new customer applications. Required Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in web development for a software company (6 to 8 years of experience is essential selection criterion).Strong background in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and related frameworks. Strong background in back-end technologies, NodeJS, PHP, (Python Django and flask).Background in APIsBackground in cloud deployments.·        Ability to investigate and identify root cause issues in web application performance, rendering, and functionality. ·        Participate in requirements gathering with the assistance of project managers and stakeholders.·        An understanding of the full software development cycle and familiarity with Agile methodologies.Strong desire to contribute to the national security mission. Fluency in English language and excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications (in one or more of the following):Other frameworks and languages (e.g Microsoft, Java) will be considered as an advantage.·        Experience in developing and testing multi-agent autonomous systems and deploying in real-world environments.·        Experience with safety critical Aviation & Defence sector desired. Why ALTUS LSA?
