The ideal candidate must have strong command of WordPress customization, PHP development, SEO strategy, and must be capable of delivering tasks quickly with high quality.This position requires a dedicated professional who can provide 24/7 support, ensure smooth functionality of client projects, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality. Key ResponsibilitiesManage, update, and maintain clients’ websites on a regular basis.Develop custom WordPress plugins, themes, and modules as per client requirements.Create and optimize custom PHP applications and management systems.Implement UI/UX improvements, feature enhancements, and bug fixes.Perform SEO optimization, keyword research, and improve website visibility.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast, secure, and scalable solutions.Provide 24/7 technical support for critical issues and urgent tasks.Troubleshoot website errors, server issues, and third-party integration problems.Ensure the confidentiality and security of all client data at all times.Deliver each task as soon as possible with professional efficiency. Required Skills & QualificationsStrong expertise in WordPress Development & Customization.Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frameworks.Hands-on experience with custom plugin development and theme customization.Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.Experience with building and maintaining web applications and management systems.Knowledge of API integrations, security practices, and debugging.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Contract TermsThis is a monthly contract-based position.Contract will be renewed and incremented every month based on performance.The company reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time if policies are violated or performance standards are not met.Developer must comply with all confidentiality rules and protect all client-sensitive data strictly.
