About This JobWe are MindfulBear, a specialist child counselling centre. 5-day workweekWednesday - Sunday. Weekdays 10 am to 7 pm, Weekends 9 am to 6 pm (1 hour lunch break)Close to Lavender and Bendemeer MRT Work in a cool, quiet environment. No dress code, no uniform. Job ScopeCall and message customers to arrange counselling sessions. Handle any customer enquiries via face-to-face/email/Whatsapp. Greet and assist customers on the day of the session. Follow up with customers after their sessions. Collate and Update data for month-end closing. Any ad hoc admin duties as required. Training will be provided. RequirementsStudents welcome.
Must be a Singaporean or PR. No experience is needed except for a willingness to learn. Must have good command of English. Must be a people person with a pleasant personality and able to handle stress. Any receptionist, admin or customer service experience will be advantageous.
