This is a full-time position.What you will be doing:Focus on the daily operations of the Hotel's Food & Beverage Outlets, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and functions. Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, ensuring Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point regulations are adhered to. Assisting and liaising with the Chef on duty as required. Demonstrate a variety of culinary techniques and use them in the development of the culinary team. QualificationsRelevant Culinary Trade qualificationsMinimum 1 year experience wthin a hotel kitchen or similar environmentStrng underrstanding of food safety requirementsDemonstarted interpersonal skillsAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?
