The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, industry experience, and a collaborative spirit to support our operations.Minimum RequirementsCertificate IV in related discipline (e.g. chemistry/polymer technology /manufacturing) or equivalent relevant industry experience in lieu of formal qualification Preferably 3+ years of experience in the plastic manufacturing or fabrication industryDemonstrated knowledge of polymers, additives, and related materials to support programming and setup of production machineryProven ability to inspect, calibrate, and regulate machines, with a focus on maintaining consistent product quality through basic quality control testingStrong troubleshooting skills, with experience in diagnosing, repairing, and adjusting plastic manufacturing equipmentAbility to prepare and manage production and maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and enhance overall productivityExperience in recommending and implementing design or process improvements to optimize operational efficiency, product quality, or system performanceSkilled in performing routine product quality checks, including dimensional accuracy, material hardness, colour clarity, and visual appearanceCapable of coordinating workflow processes and maintaining accurate production records and operational data If these sound like you, apply now!
