Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to ensure facility safety and policy compliance. Control access to restricted areas and verify identification as needed. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgment. Assist patients, staff, and visitors courteously while maintaining situational awareness. De-escalate conflicts using non-violent crisis intervention techniques. Complete detailed and accurate incident reports following Paladin protocols. Collaborate with hospital personnel, first responders, and law enforcement as required.
