You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis. What We're Looking For5+ years of professional experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar role within client-focused or custom project teams. Advanced English is required. Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Proven experience acting as a liaison between development teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to lead ceremonies such as grooming and refinement sessions. Technical proficiency to engage in in-depth discussions with engineers and understand technical constraints and solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage custom development efforts tailored to enterprise client needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to align technical execution with business goals. Experience delivering products or solutions that are outside of a core product roadmap. Ability to work independently within a dedicated project team structure, separate from a core product team.
Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. Forensic attention to detail. A positive mindset and a can-do attitude. Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
