Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of own business - B2B, implementing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects.With our client, a fast-growing company leading the development of an AI-native system that extracts actionable insights from large volumes of market, trend, retail, and customer data, we are looking for a Fullstack Python Developer to join their team.Location: 100% remoteSalary: 140-170 PLN net+VAT/h; B2BLanguage: English used on a daily basisTech stack: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, CI/CD, Git.RequirementsMust-have:Strong Python + FastAPI skills (REST APIs, OpenAPI, auth, middleware).Solid PostgreSQL experience (schema design, indexing, optimization, migrations).Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and HTML/CSS (responsive, accessible UIs).Experience with CI/CD pipelines (linting, tests, build/release automation).Strong Git workflow knowledge and modern development practices.Excellent debugging and performance tuning across DB, API, and frontend.Experience delivering and maintaining production web applications.Ability to bring features from design to deployment.Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments.Fluent English (min. C1).Strong communication skills.Nice to have:Docker and Kubernetes (Helm/ArgoCD a plus).Redis or similar caching/queue technologies.Monitoring/observability tools (logs, metrics, dashboards, alerts).Security best practices (OWASP, CORS/CSRF, secrets management).ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable web infrastructure using FastAPI and PostgreSQL, ensuring robust API versioning, database migrations, and deployment workflows across multiple environments.Collaborate closely with frontend and backend teams to deliver production-ready APIs, UI components, and system integrations aligned with technical requirements.Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, ensure high test coverage (unit, integration, E2E), and contribute to system reliability through monitoring and alerting tools.Profile and optimize system performance across database queries, API endpoints, and React-based UI; implement caching strategies and ensure efficient resource usage in cloud or hybrid environments.Produce and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including API specifications, coding standards, migration guides, development workflows, and troubleshooting runbooks.The offerAttractive salary up to 170 PLN/h net + VAT on B2B contract.Flexible, remote work.Possibility of working for a company with a stable market position.Benefits: Multisport card, medical care, insurance.Long-term cooperation.
