As an essential service provider, we offer continuity of employment including career development into leadership & management roles.The Roles:We are seeking applications for fulltime positions in our Fluid Power branches, for Fluid Power Applications Engineers, Sales professionals and Service Technicians to join our Australian branch teams.Duties The key responsibilities include: (Must have minimum 5 years' experience)Engineers:Designing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, including selecting appropriate components like pumps, valves, cylinders and actuatorsChoosing the right components based on performance requirements, cost and reliability.Integrating fluid power systems with other machinesDesign control systems to regulate the flow of pressure of fluidsCreating and maintaining technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams and specificationsIdentify and resolve issues in fluid power systemsResearch and developmentSales:Sales and business development thru Identifying and pursue new sale opportunities within the fluid power sectorDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clientsPreparing and presenting sales and proposals and quotationsProvide technical advice and support on fluid power systems and componentsUnderstanding customer needs and requirementsManage customer data and sales activates using CRM systemsTechnicians:Using testing equipment to diagnose, repair and maintain fluid power components and systemsOverhauling and repairing fluid power equipment including pumps, valves, valve banks and cylindersDiagnosing faults and performing operational maintenance on our clients' sites and in our branchesRead and interpret fluid power schematic drawingsProvide technical guidance and support to other technicians and other users of fluid power equipmentInstalling hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and linesQualifications, Skills & ExperienceEngineers:Degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on fluid powerIn depth understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic principles, components and systemsAbility to analyse and solve complex technical issues related to fluid powerA trade qualification as a fitter or equivalent with hydraulic experienceAbility to effectively communicate technical information to clients and colloguesSales:A strong technical and understanding of hydraulics and pneumaticsProven experience in technical sales, business development and account management within fluid power industriesProblem solving skillsProficient in Microsoft office suite and CRM systemsExperience or knowledge of specific fluid power industriesTechnicians:Cert III trade certificate in mechanical trade or equivalent (required)Formal fluid power post trade training and relevant industry experience (required)Proven Industry experience within mining, oil/gas and manufacturingHave a high safety focusBenefits:A family-based work cultureAttractive salary packageAbility to both work across multiple sites and a workshopOpportunity for career development
