Functional Analyst – Platform Team (Web & Product Focus)We are looking for a Functional Analyst with a strong web and product background to join our internal Platform Team. In this cross-functional role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams—helping to define, refine, and deliver solutions that power our digital platforms.As part of a collaborative and agile environment, you’ll work closely with other functional team members to support product evolution, ensure smooth sprint execution, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.Key Responsibilities:Functional Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to design scalable, efficient, and user-focused web platform solutions.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs, align priorities, and communicate progress transparently.Sprint Management: Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with product goals.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other functional analysts to ensure clear requirements and successful implementations.Product Support: Contribute to product roadmaps and feature definitions by providing insights from functional and user perspectives.Documentation: Maintain up-to-date functional specifications, process flows, and user stories in alignment with agile best practices.About You:Experience: 3+ years as a Functional Analyst, ideally within a web or digital product environment.Knowledge: Solid understanding of web technologies, digital products, and agile development practices.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in managing and contributing to agile sprints.Ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.Languages: English required; French and/or Dutch are a strong plus.Location: Able to work 2 days per week on-site in Brussels.Why Join Them?Be part of a high-impact platform team at the heart of our digital transformation.Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams on innovative web and product initiatives.Salary: €80,000Company carInsurancesIf interested get in touch: daniel.zelnis@vividresourcing.com
