Our clientele includes Danone, FM Logistic, Fnac-Darty, Essilor, and Ferrero.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Functional Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions to our clients. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our platforms are configured, deployed, and evolved in line with customer expectations and company’s best practices.MAIN RESPONSIBILITESAnalyze and formalize client requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.Lead workshops and training sessions with clients, partners, and internal teams.Supervise or execute solution configuration and parameterization.Coordinate and validate specific developments with technical teams.Oversee testing phases: unit, integration, and user acceptance.Ensure smooth deployment and post-go-live support.Transfer knowledge through documentation, training, and operational guides.Collaborate with project managers, developers, support, and hosting teams.Contribute to product evolution by sharing relevant business insights.Enrich internal knowledge bases and maintain expertise in your functional domain.QualificationsProven experience in functional consulting within SaaS, ERP, EDI, or B2B environments.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to lead client-facing sessions and translate business needs into actionable solutions.Familiarity with solution configuration, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Fluency in English and working capacity in French (additional languages are a plus).Additional InformationAttractive compensation package;Excellent work conditions and environment (Centro Empresarial Lionesa).Generix is committed to build an inclusive environment, in which diversity and equity are truly part of our culture, so all our positions are open to people with disabilities.Generix will process your personal data in the context of your application.
